A Gate Pass is a system that allows a student, who has already entered the college, to leave the campus with permission during college hours. In cases where a student needs to leave the campus with authorization, the professor in charge will use the app on their mobile phone to generate a Gate Pass, including the reason for the student's departure.

The Gate Pass generated by the professor will be immediately sent to the student's mobile app and the college Gatekeeper's app. When the student leaves the campus, the Gatekeeper will verify the student's pass on their mobile phone and record the time of the student' s exit. The Gatekeeper will then permit the student to leave the campus.
